Justin was influenced in his early years in France by Big Bill Broonzy, Marcel Dadi, Serrge Gainsbourg & George Brassens.

Justin played with the well known Moonbelly Quartet in London for years and also backed famous bands (The Rah Band, Bucks Fizz) in cabaret and function gigs both on cruise ships and in the UK, France and USA.  He then decided to compose, record and play only what he liked and now Justin plays and writes his own style of blues, jazz, gospel & soul with Central European and folk music influences.
